3. Police in the Bahamas say Anna Nicole Smith was in the hospital room with her son when he died on Sunday. 20-year-old Daniel Smith was in the Bahamas visiting his mother who gave birth to a little girl last week. No word on how Daniel Smith died.

4. Hurricane Florence has passed Bermuda, leaving behind blown-out windows and knocking out power. Strong winds and rain are expected to last for the next several hours. Forecasters expect Florence to lose strength as it heads northeast. It is not expected to hit the US, but it is causing high surf and strong rip 4 currents along the Eastern Seaboard.
