1. There were more questions for CIA Director Michael Hayden from members of Congress. Members of the House Intelligence Committee said the agency did not inform Congress it was videotaping interrogations of terror suspects. The tapes were destroyed in 2005.
2. Lights are back on for some people in the Plains States. Utility crews are racing 1 to fix power lines snapped by an ice storm, knocking out electricity to almost a million homes and businesses.
