Samsung has received 733 reports of excessive vibration 3 or the top detaching from the chassis 4, which resulted in nine injuries, according to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

It is the biggest washing machine recall in history in terms of units and reported incidents, the CPSC said.
